Pick up or get it delivered.

Pickup members get their meals from their preferred KITCH location. Delivery members get meals dropped the following week.

Where does delivery cover?

Delivery is available to most of the KC metro area. Enter your address on the delivery sign-up flow to confirm availability.

What dietary preferences do you support?

Gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, low-fat, keto, and seed-oil-free options on every menu. Filter by tag when you select your meals.

How fresh are the meals?

Every meal is made fresh in our Prairie Village kitchen each week — never frozen. Stays fresh in your fridge for 5–7 days.
