Membership with Pickup
Put your meal prep on autopilot with a KITCH pick-up membership. Here's how it works:
Choose the number or meals you'd like to enjoy each week.
Redeem your meals at any time and at either location via online ordering or in-person redemption.
Every Sunday, your card will be charged and your meal credits will replenish (ex. 8 new meal credits will be made available for an 8-meal membership).
Your meals carry over from week to week. If you don't use them one week, you can pick them up the next week.

Choose the number of KITCH meals you’d like to eat each week and have them delivered direct to your front door*. You’ll get text and email reminders to choose new meals on Wednesdays for front-door drop-off every Monday. Delivery available to most zip codes in the KC Metro area. Cara’s Story
My name is Cara Hannawald, I am a pharmaceutical sales rep and a mom of two little boys ages 4 and 18 months. I heard about KITCH through a friend and decided to check them out since I’m always looking for healthy, easy options on the go.
I’m driving most of the time for my job so it’s great to be able to throw a lunch in my cooler in my car to have rather than eating fast food, and they are also great on weeknights when I’m short on time and don’t have time to cook.
I love that KITCH meals are made fresh in house, and many of the options seem like “cheat meals” even though they’re not! My favorite meal is the Mac n Cheese!

Hi! My name is Ki’anie Brooks and I am Certified Personal Trainer and Coach here in KC. Throughout my 9 years training and coaching, I have had the opportunity to work with so many amazing individuals in pursuit to help reshape their mindsets towards not just food but nutrition as a whole.
What I appreciate about KITCH is their high quality service along with the higher quality meals. I have explored a variety of different meal prep companies and this one has for sure stood out. Each meal is consistent in quality and taste and not one item has missed its mark which is extremely rare in the meal prep industry. My favorite TWO meals would have to be the Shrimp and Grits as well as the Pulled Pork Mac and Cheese!
